Negative Sleeving & Return Policy: To keep this service at our lowest possible price, negative sleeving and return shipping are not included by default.

• Want your negatives back? Select the "Film Negatives Return" add-on to have your cut, sleeved negatives safely shipped back to you.
• 30-Day Holding Window: We securely hold all unprocessed return negatives for 30 days after your digital files are delivered. If you decide you'd like your negatives returned during this window, simply reach out with your order # to add return shipping or simply leave your order # in the notes/comments on your order for us to reference to.
• Disposal: Any negatives unclaimed after 30 days are safely and permanently discarded.
